At present peace has become more required under the circumstances of present disturbances, misunderstanding. The peace can be achieved by according prosperity to the citizens. The prosperity can be in the form of providing: a) Education b) Employment c)
Earning d) Esteem e) Equality . If a citizen is provided the above ingredients to his capability he will not be attracted or cannot be diverted towards elements which cause much disturbance to the peace element anywhere. At the first instance mind set of the people involved in the activities against peace process has to be changed, then they has to be suitable accommodated with good
employment earning. If any citizen has equipped with good quality of education with right direction, employment with handful earning, esteem and equality in the society, he will hesitate to be involved in any activity which cause disturbance to the peace process. Many of the people involved in such activities disturbing peace process may be due to financial constraints, lack of
good knowledge or education and unemployment or social neglected. In this process the administration role will be very much by implementing the administration Laws without any discretion. Improper implementation of Laws leads to unrest in the mind sets of the citizens. Also to achieve the peace the elements involved like: a) Men b) Material c) Might – support d) Message – communication e) Motivation f)Money has to be have co-related activities in such a way that it will not encourage the process of disturbing the peace. The process can achieve good results if standardisation of activities, quality, actions, directions, targets are prescribed in advance otherwise improper planning leads to more wastage of resources, time, misunderstanding and no confidence of the citizens.
The following steps are required to streamline the peace process:
- Pro-Active
- Punitive
- Purposeful steps
- Planning
- Persons with clear understanding of
the targets to be achieved, problems in implementation with solutions and time frame for achieving the purpose with a single dedicated direction. For this purpose a Universal Organisation or existing organisation with Universal Direction with clear cut idea of target, process, time frame for ensuring the peace has to be come out.
- Pro-Active Steps: The administration should prescribe the right and wrong at every step of life day-in and day-out of the citizens of the nation. Every right step or process has to be encouraged and the wrong has to be punished, so as to achieve the objects prescribed by the State. Ambiguity and confusion, mis-understanding leads to improper implementation of statues will result into wrong results.
- Punitive Steps: Every citizens has to be accorded an opportunity to rectify himself and transform himself as Punitive one by according an opportunity to him and relying trust on such citizen. Purposeful Steps: The aims and objects to be achieved has to be defined and targeted with purpose going to be achieved and making it understandable to the citizens.
- Planning: The time frame for achieving the targets of time frame and steps for implementation with suitable time period, expecting the problems and implementation, finding solutions to the anticipated problems and defining the end-product with time frame leads to no waste of time, cooperation, money and energy etc.
- Persons: Right persons has to be selected for implementing the steps who have knowledge of the process, planning, steps and who can take responsibility and dedication towards purpose to be achieved with confidence. The confidence of a person who is implementing the process plays major role in successful implementation of the process and also the person has to be equipped with suitable powers to look after the problems in implementation and finding solutions in the process.
